Welcome to the Thornhill Community Shul Youth Department. We strive to provide your children with a fun and friendly environment to play and learn through singing, davening, stories, games and of course snacks. Not to Mention Prizes!

Shabbat Morning Programming
Babysitting begins at 9 am for Preschool children – Where else can you get infant & toddler babysitting so you can enjoy Shul?
All programs begin at 10 am – 12:15 pm

JK/SK: Multi Purpose Room, Free Play, Circle Time, Davening & Kiddish
Grade 1-3: Social Hall (North), Davening, Parsha, Free Play & Kiddish
Boys Group: Social Hall (South), Davening, Jewpardy, Parsha Play & Kiddish
Girls Group: East Room, Davening, Parsha, Games & Kiddish
11:15 - 12:15
High School Schmooze: Hebron Room 3rd floor, teen discussion on current issues
Afternoon during Mincha
Preschool: Library, Free Play and Stories
Boys Group: Hebron Room, Games and Discussion
Girls Group: 2nd Floor Lounge, Games and Discussion
The Youth Department sponsors many programmes throughout the year. From Holiday celebrations, such as the Sukkah Hop & Lulav Shake to Fire & Ice Skating with Havdalah and much, much more!
