Ruth’s love of people and interest in the welfare of her community has made her a popular Rebbetzin and always on call for advice, friendship, teaching and a kind word. Her classes for women range from a hands-on seminar in Challah Baking to religious philosophy and Jewish law.

Ruth is the wife of the Thornhill Community Shul’s Rabbi, Avram Rothman, is the mother of four children and has two grandchildren. She, as is her husband, is also waiting for Moshiach but is also still waiting for her husband to return home in time for dinner.

Both the Rabbi & the Rebbetzin are available for private meetings, counselling or one-on-one classes. They are stong believers that whatever is said in their private meetings- remains in their private meetings. With years of experience as counsellors, they both are popular among the community for their private/personal meetings.
