Donations to the TCS
How can I support the efforts of the TCS?
All donations to the TCS are appreciated and will be receipted according to the law as governed by the CRA. The TCS welcomes your donations and will use them for the furtherance of our goals. If you wish your funds to be used in a specific manner, please indicate your desire in the appropriate section of the form.
There are a number of funds to choose from:
- TCS General Fund: Supporting the various efforts of the TCS, from outreach to education.
- TCS Rabbi’s Fund: 100% of these funds are donated by the Rabbi specifically to individuals and families in the area who are of financial need. The Rabbi distributes these funds personally and makes sure that they are given to true families in need.
- TCS Outreach: The raison d’être of the TCS is its efforts to reach out to the unaffiliated members of the Jewish community. Your contribution to this fund assists the TCS to continue its unique and successful efforts reaching out to the Jews of Thornhill and Toronto.
- Other: Funds designated for “other” requires a note from the donor specifying what purpose the funds are for.
